2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. ck444baji strictly enforces this age restriction and will not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending investigation and close it if the suspicion is confirmed.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account with ck444baji, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including but not limited to:

  • A valid and active email address that you exclusively control
  • A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification

You are obligated to keep your registration information accurate and up to date. If any of your details change after registration, you must update them promptly by contacting ck444baji customer support.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ck444baji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. ck444baji uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck444baji reserves the right to:

  • Merge all duplicate accounts into a single primary account
  • Void any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits claimed across multiple accounts
  • Permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual
  • Withhold and return only the original deposit amount, with all winnings derived from bonus funds forfeited

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

7.2 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer in respect of a deposit that you voluntarily made to your ck444baji account, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately pending investigation. 7.3 Fraud Investigation

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your ck444baji account at any time by contacting our customer support team via email at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, ck444baji will verify your identity, ensure that all pending bets and withdrawals have been settled, and confirm whether any active bonus conditions require resolution. Account closures are permanent — if you wish to return to the platform after closing your account, you will need to register a new account and undergo KYC verification again.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Funds Upon Closure

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method. In cases where an account is closed by ck444baji due to a Terms violation or fraud, the disposition of account funds will be determined based on the nature of the violation and the findings of any investigation conducted. ck444baji is not obligated to return funds to accounts closed for fraud or serious Terms breaches.
